frequently asked questions

  • Q. Who is eligible for NDIS funding?
You may be eligible for NDIS funding if you are under 65, live in Australia, and have a permanent or significant disability that affects your daily life. If you're unsure whether you qualify, our team can help you understand the eligibility requirements and guide you through the application process.
  • Q. What is a NDIS service provider?
An NDIS service provider is an organisation or professional that delivers disability supports and services funded through the NDIS. Providers help participants achieve their goals, maintain independence, and improve their quality of life through tailored supports such as personal care, community participation, Support Coordination, transport, and daily living assistance.
  • Q. How long does NDIS support last for?
NDIS support is ongoing for as long as you remain eligible and require disability-related assistance. Your NDIS plan will be reviewed periodically to ensure your funding and supports continue to meet your needs, goals, and circumstances. If your situation changes, you can request a review to adjust your supports accordingly.
  • Q. How do I find a NDIS-registered provider in Australia?
Finding an NDIS-registered provider is easy. You can use the official NDIS Provider Finder to search for registered providers by location and service type, or ask your Support Coordinator for recommendations. When choosing a provider, consider their experience, availability, communication style, and ability to support your individual goals and needs.
  • Q. How do I apply for funding from the NDIS?
Applying for NDIS funding starts with checking your eligibility and gathering evidence about your disability and support needs. An NDIS partner can help you through the application process, including completing forms and collecting supporting documents. Once your application is submitted, the NDIA will assess your eligibility and, if approved, work with you to create a personalised NDIS plan that supports your goals and independence.
  • Q. How Do We Support You as a Support Coordinator?

We work with you to understand your goals, coordinate the right supports, build your independence, and help you navigate the NDIS with greater confidence.
